In Downtown Jebel Ali (Jebel Ali Industrial 2), Dubai, on the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor, about 5–10 minutes from the Dubai Metro Red Line. Note that Downtown Jebel Ali is a different district from Downtown Dubai.
What is the starting price?
Studios start from AED 689,000 (developer's starting price, subject to availability). One and two bedroom prices are released on the price list — register and we send it.
What is the payment plan?
PDC plan: 10% down payment, 5% in month 6, 5% in month 12, then 1% a month for 80 months. Non-PDC plan: 15% down, 5% in month 6, 5% in month 12, then 1% a month for 75 months. Instalments continue after handover.
